Does it work on my phone?

Yes — ShipOps has a phone-sized control room inside the Shopify app. Installing it is the one step best done from a laptop, because it signs you into your store admin. That's why the check above offers to WhatsApp you the link.

Will it change my orders?

It reads your orders and your courier's tracking. Delivered/returned status is written back only if you turn that on. Confirmation calls never cancel anything — a press-2 goes to a review queue for you.

Is my money data safe?

Courier tokens and customer details are encrypted at rest; COD cash never touches ShipOps — it's read-only against your own courier account. Privacy policy.
