The control room for COD stores.
ShipOps watches every parcel your courier is carrying, tells you which deliveries you can still save today — and finds the money your courier hasn't paid you.
You're the only party in the deal without a dashboard.
Your courier portal has 2,230 rows.
The rider says "refused." The customer says "no one came."
And the payout receipt? Nobody checks the payout receipt.
Turn courier chaos into a to-do list — and a bank statement you can trust.
ShipOps does the three things your courier portal, your spreadsheet, and your booking app can't: save deliveries, recover money, and keep your team honest.
Rescue deliveries
An inbox that names the parcels failing today and hands you the tools to save them — WhatsApp, call, and courier advice, timed to the hours that matter.
Recover money
What's in your bank, what the courier still owes you, what's at risk — with the exact parcels behind each number and dispute-ready evidence attached.
Run the team
Every call logged, every promise kept, every dispute won. Response times on every alert and a per-order audit trail with names on it.
Save the parcels you're currently losing.
COD deliveries fail quietly. ShipOps makes the failures loud, early, and one tap from a fix.
The only list that matters: "Needs attention: 18."
Six KPI tiles up top, then one list — the parcels that need a human decision right now. Attempt counts, plain-language reasons, age, COD value, city, and every action one tap away.
- Alerts written in plain language — "customer not available," not status code 24.
- 18 things to act on, out of 2,230 parcels — the rest stay quiet.
WhatsApp the customer in five seconds.
Event-keyed templates fill themselves from the order — name, items, total, address, tracking. Preview the exact message, tap, and it opens in the WhatsApp you already use. Then close the loop with the courier.
- No Business API approval wall. No per-message fees. Ever.
- From 3 minutes of typing to 5 seconds of tapping.
Act in the hours the courier will still accept your advice.
When a delivery fails, the courier opens a short review window for your decision — miss it and the parcel auto-returns. ShipOps knows when that window is open, tells you "mark retry or return now and it will be accepted" — and warns you when it's too late.
- "Needs advice" alerts the moment the courier is waiting on you.
- Retry / return filed to PostEx from the order — with quick-fill remarks the rider reads.
Your courier owes you money. ShipOps shows you the list.
Upload the payout PDFs you already download. ShipOps matches every parcel to an order and puts your COD truth on three tiles — then names the exact parcels behind each one.
Reconciliation is a drag-and-drop, not an Excel weekend.
Every parcel matched to an order. Short-pays, skips, ₨0 collections and double-collected refunds flagged. The courier's cut itemised to the rupee — including the reclaimable withholding tax buried in the "Deduction (4%)" line.
Every return pays the courier twice.
18.4% of completed parcels came back. ₨94.2K burned on return freight and tax — exact, from your own receipts. ShipOps prices every return so you can prevent it, dispute it, and reclaim the tax.
₨3.77M matched across 20 receipts. Short-paid: ₨0.00.
ShipOps learns your courier's payout rhythm.
Of ₨243,602 owed, aged by how long each parcel has been delivered-unpaid — click a bar to see the parcels behind it.
Live figures from a production store on ShipOps, Jun–Jul 2026, anonymised. Your numbers will vary with your volume.
Every call logged. Every promise kept. Every dispute won.
ShipOps turns your support team into an accountable unit and every order into a dispute file. When the courier blames the customer, you have the receipts: every scan, every call, every retry request — timestamped and signed.
- One-tap call logging: answered · no answer · will accept · wrong number.
- Response times measured on every alert — nothing sits untouched.
- Customer confirmed + retry requested + returned anyway = the courier's fault, on the record.
The whole operation, in your pocket.
Not a squeezed table — a real app. Dashboard, WhatsApp, and settlements, all thumb-reachable. Because COD buyers browse on phones, and so do the sellers.
Three steps, then it runs while you sleep.
Install from the Shopify App Store
Free plan, no card required. ShipOps lives inside your Shopify admin — nothing new to log into.
Paste your PostEx token
PostEx portal → Settings → API. ShipOps imports and audits your order history automatically.
Never press sync again
Every parcel re-checked every 30–60 minutes, forever. A visible sync log stays green — "Sync Now" exists for the impatient.
Booking apps hand parcels to the courier. ShipOps handles what happens next.
Most Pakistani courier apps stop at the waybill. Your courier portal only shows their side. ShipOps is your side — after dispatch, where the money leaks.

What's coming next.
ShipOps ships fast. Here's what's in the workshop right now — and a direct line to ask for what you need.
Shareable recovery report
One tap turns your settlement audit into a branded image — "ShipOps found ₨123,025 at risk across 44 parcels" — ready to share to a WhatsApp group.
Referral rewards
Give 300, get 300. Share ShipOps with another store and both of you get +300 reconciled settlement parcels a month, permanently.
More couriers
The carrier layer is already carrier-neutral. Next up: connect more than one courier per store, with settlements and the inbox staying correct across all of them.
WhatsApp auto-confirmation
Confirm every order before it's dispatched — automated WhatsApp with confirmed / declined / no-reply tracking, so risky COD orders never become returns.
Automated calls
For customers who won't answer WhatsApp — automated call flows that reach out, capture the outcome, and log it on the order without your team dialing.

What does ShipOps actually do?
ShipOps is a post-dispatch control room for cash-on-delivery Shopify stores. It tracks every parcel with your courier, tells you which deliveries are failing and can still be saved, lets your team contact customers on WhatsApp and log calls, writes delivered status back to Shopify automatically, and reconciles courier payout receipts against your orders — so you can see exactly how much money the courier still owes you.
Which couriers does it support?
PostEx today — connected in about 60 seconds with one merchant token (PostEx includes the former Call Courier network). The carrier layer is built as an adapter registry, so more Pakistani couriers are on the roadmap, and the multi-carrier experience is already designed to unfold once you connect a second. ShipOps is independent — not owned by or affiliated with any courier.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. ShipOps uses operator-initiated click-to-chat with auto-filled templates. No Business API approval wall, no per-message fees — your team taps a button and the message opens pre-written in the WhatsApp you already use, and you confirm every send yourself.
Will it change my Shopify orders?
Only what you switch on. Writebacks are individually toggled per carrier: auto-mark delivered when the courier delivers, and auto-cancel + restock when you check a return in. Refunds are never issued automatically — a returned prepaid order keeps its payment until you refund it by hand.
Is my data safe? It's my money data.
ShipOps runs inside the Shopify admin, is read-only against courier tracking data, encrypts courier tokens at rest (AES-256-GCM), and implements Shopify's mandatory data-protection webhooks. No card is required to start — and your COD cash never touches ShipOps; it flows courier → your bank, exactly as before.
How is this different from a courier booking app?
Booking apps generate consignment numbers and print labels — they help you hand parcels to the courier. ShipOps starts after dispatch: it watches what happens to every parcel, surfaces the ones failing today, gives your team the tools to save them, and audits the courier's payout receipts to recover money you're owed. It's the merchant's side of the COD relationship.
My courier portal already shows tracking. Why ShipOps?
The portal shows their side. It won't tell you they skipped 20 parcels on a payout receipt, or that a return never reached your warehouse, or that your team never called an order back. A portal can't audit itself — ShipOps is your side of the ledger.
How does the payout (CPR) audit work?
Drag in the payout-receipt PDFs you already download from your courier. ShipOps matches every line to your orders and flags short-paid, skipped, ₨0-collected, and double-collected parcels — with a dispute set you can export to CSV, and the courier's deductions itemised to the rupee (including the reclaimable withholding tax inside the "Deduction (4%)" line).
What happens if I go over the free caps?
Nothing is deleted or clawed back. Parcels keep syncing and every money total stays complete and correct; parcels beyond the cap become view-only, and the next payout-receipt upload waits until an upgrade, a referral bump (+300 settlement parcels each, stackable ×3), or next month.
Do I get my order history, or only new orders?
Your history is imported and audited automatically at install, free, on every plan — the complete money picture wherever Shopify grants historical access (it can start at the last 60 days until that grant applies).
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — the dashboard, order actions (WhatsApp, call, retry, return), settlements, and the confirm queue all run inside the Shopify mobile app. Deep work like template editing and payout reconciliation stays on desktop by design.
How long does setup take?
About a minute. Install from the Shopify App Store, paste your PostEx merchant token, and ShipOps imports your order history and starts syncing automatically every 30–60 minutes.
Stop guessing where your parcels — and your money — are.
Install ShipOps free, connect PostEx in 60 seconds, and watch it audit your order history automatically.
