Founder of ShipOps. Runs a cash-on-delivery store in Pakistan, and built ShipOps because no courier portal would say which of the week's parcels were paid and which were quietly missing from the receipt.
Every courier page and payments guide on this site is written against two sources: the courier's own API and documents, and the parcel trails and payout receipts ShipOps has read for real stores. Where a courier's behaviour was observed rather than documented, the page says so. Where ShipOps cannot see something, the page says that too.
Pages carry the date they were last checked. If a courier changes a status phrase, a payout cycle or a fee, the page is corrected and the date moves. Corrections are welcome on the contact form or on WhatsApp.
ShipOps is published on the Shopify App Store and lives at shipops.app. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with any courier.
