Automatic Urdu call
Every new COD order called in your store's name. No WhatsApp setup needed. Paid per 30 seconds answered from your credit balance; unanswered calls are free.
ShipOps, the COD app for Shopify, calls every new cash-on-delivery order with a recorded Urdu message in your store's name. Press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 for a callback. The answer is written onto the order, so you pack only what the customer said yes to. Stores with their own WhatsApp Business Account can ask on WhatsApp first and call only the customers who do not reply.
Every new COD order called in your store's name. No WhatsApp setup needed. Paid per 30 seconds answered from your credit balance; unanswered calls are free.
With your own WhatsApp Business Account connected, the customer gets Confirm and Cancel buttons from your number, and the call follows two hours later only if they have not replied.
Tap the order and your own WhatsApp opens with the message already written. You read it and press send. No Business API, no per-message fee.
A confirmed order can still come back if the rider cannot find the house. ShipOps can read every new order's address before it ships. One with no house number, no street, or a city that does not match is held, with the WhatsApp asking the customer for the missing piece already written. The hold lifts when she replies. It is off by default and costs a few credits a check.
Calls, address checks and texts all come from one prepaid credit balance, on every plan including the free one. Rates are on the pricing page.
A recorded message in Urdu, in your store's name, asking the customer to confirm the order they placed: press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to ask for a callback. Every customer hears the same clear message.
ShipOps tries again on its own, inside your calling hours. An unanswered call costs nothing. If the customer never answers, the order stays on the Unconfirmed queue for your team to decide.
No. You set the calling hours; the first time you switch calling on they start at 10:00 to 21:00, and you can change them. An order that lands at 2 AM is called when the window opens, not dropped and not called at 2 AM.
A confirmed order is tagged Confirmed in Shopify, which means ready to ship; a cancelled one is tagged Cancel-Requested for your team to cancel. Saved views and other apps that filter on those tags keep working. ShipOps never cancels or refunds an order on its own.
Not for calls, and not for click-to-chat, which opens a written message in the WhatsApp you already use. The automatic WhatsApp ask with Confirm and Cancel buttons needs your own WhatsApp Business Account connected to ShipOps; Meta bills you directly for those messages.
Calls are paid from a prepaid credit balance, per 30 seconds answered; almost every confirmation fits in one. Unanswered calls are free, credits never expire, and the rate per call falls on the bigger plans. The current rates are on the pricing page.
Nothing is blocked. ShipOps stops placing calls, new orders wait on the Unconfirmed queue as they would without ShipOps, and your team can confirm them by hand or by WhatsApp. Top up and calling picks up again.
Yes. Leave automatic calling off and place the call from the order with one tap. The same call works after a failed delivery: from the action inbox you can call exactly the customers the courier could not deliver to.
It stops most orders the customer never meant to receive, because they press 2 or never confirm, and you do not pack them. It cannot promise a customer who confirms will accept the parcel. That is why ShipOps also shows each customer's history with your store and works failed deliveries afterwards; see how to reduce COD returns.
Install ShipOps, switch on calling, and your next order is called in Urdu inside your hours. Free to start, no card.
