COD order confirmation
The customer pays on delivery, so first find out whether they meant it.
ShipOps is a Shopify app for cash-on-delivery stores in Pakistan. It confirms each new COD order by Urdu call or WhatsApp, books it with your courier and prints the label, watches every parcel until it is delivered or back with you, and checks the courier's payout receipt for COD it has not paid. It works with fifteen couriers on your own courier accounts.

Book the confirmed orders with your courier, print the labels and the load sheet.
Catch the failed attempts while the courier will still take your retry or return decision.
Check the courier's payout receipt parcel by parcel and find what it did not pay.

ShipOps is independent: it is not a courier and not an aggregator, it runs on your own courier accounts and rates, and your COD cash never passes through it. Courier names are trademarks of their owners.
A COD store in Pakistan usually runs a booking app, a confirmation app, something for abandoned carts, and a spreadsheet for the courier's payouts, with WhatsApp holding it together. Each one sees a slice of the order. ShipOps keeps the order whole: the confirmation call, the booking, the failed attempt, the customer's reply and the payout line all sit on the same parcel, so nothing is copied between tools and nothing falls between them.
It is not for every store. If you only take prepaid orders, or ship with a courier ShipOps does not support yet, most of it will not help you today. The roadmap lists the couriers coming next.
There is a free plan with no card and no time limit, and every feature is on every plan. Plans differ by how many new orders a month they cover and how many couriers you connect. Automatic calls, texts and AI address checks are paid from prepaid credits on any plan. See pricing.
Fifteen: PostEx, TCS, M&P, Leopards, InstaWorld, Trax, ShipKartex, CouriersNext, DigiDokaan, Run Courier, Next Step, Rocket Courier, Shipnoc, BarqXpress, DEX. The table on this page shows what ShipOps does with each one, and every courier has its own guide.
Neither. ShipOps runs on your own courier accounts at your own negotiated rates. The courier pays your COD into your bank exactly as it does today; the cash never passes through ShipOps.
Yes. ShipOps runs inside the Shopify admin on desktop and inside the Shopify mobile app on your phone, with a layout made for each, not a squeezed table.
About a minute per courier. Install from the Shopify App Store, paste your courier's API details in Settings, and ShipOps imports and checks the orders you already shipped, free, on every plan.
Only in the ways you switch on: tagging confirmed orders, fulfilling an order when you book it, marking delivered parcels, and cancelling and restocking a return once it is back with you. It never refunds a customer on its own.
Customer names, phones and addresses are encrypted at rest, courier logins are encrypted, and ShipOps only reads from your courier account. See data protection.
Install ShipOps, connect your courier in about a minute, and see your own parcels and payouts the same day. Free to start, no card.
