Next Step “CANCELLED”: what it means
Cancelled
Next Step CANCELLED means the booking was cancelled. The tracking number is finished; nothing will move or be collected on it.
Cancelled bookings can drop out of sight in Next Step's own lists. If you are missing one, it may simply have been cancelled and removed.
ShipOps shows it as cancelled and stops following the parcel. If the order still has to go, book it again under a new number.

How ShipOps reads it
Cancelled Cancelled before it moved. ShipOps closes the parcel and takes it off every working list. The store order itself is untouched, so if it still needs to go, it can be booked again.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Next Step statuses →
The same state on other couriers
