BarqXpress “Delivered”: what it means
Delivered
BarqXpress Delivered means the customer has the parcel and paid any cash on delivery. It is the only BarqXpress status that means a delivery.
The money is not with you yet. BarqXpress puts delivered parcels on an invoice and marks each one paid when the invoice is paid; ShipOps shows the paid mark when BarqXpress gives it.
What to do now

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All BarqXpress statuses →
