Every BarqXpress tracking status, explained
BarqXpress prints 15 statuses a merchant actually sees on a parcel. Each one below has its own page: what is physically happening, what to do now, and where it usually goes next. They are grouped by what the parcel needs from you, which is not always what the words suggest.
Booked, not yet collected
Booked| Order | Booked. Waiting for BarqXpress to collect it. |

Moving inside the courier's network
In transit| Pickup Done | BarqXpress has collected the parcel from you. |

| Arrival | BarqXpress has the parcel at its origin branch. |
| Manifest | On its way to the destination city. |
| De Manifest | Arrived in the destination city. |
| On Route | Out for delivery today. Make sure the customer is reachable. |
| Re-Attempt | BarqXpress is sending the parcel out again. |
A delivery failed, the courier still has it
Attempt failed| Attempted | The rider could not deliver. The reason is in brackets after the status. You can answer with a re-attempt. |

Needs your decision| Return Received | Back in BarqXpress's warehouse, not with you. Decide now: re-attempt or return. |

Handed to the customer
Delivered| Delivered | Delivered to the customer. The COD is now owed to you on BarqXpress's next invoice. |

Coming back| Return Confirm | The return is confirmed. The parcel is on its way back to you. |

Back with you
Returned to you| RTS Parcel | Returned to you. Check the goods when it arrives. |

Cancelled| Shipper Cancelled | The booking was cancelled before pickup. |
