ShipOps connects to your BarqXpress account with the API key BarqXpress gives you. It follows every parcel from your store's orders, explains each status in plain words, asks BarqXpress for a re-attempt on a parcel it is waiting on you for, books parcels to BarqXpress's own cities, and shows which delivered parcels BarqXpress has marked paid on an invoice. In testing while more stores run parcels through it.
BarqXpress is a Karachi e-commerce courier with its own riders, started in 2025 by the team behind HSQ Courier. It runs direct stations in Karachi, Hyderabad and Lahore and has added Gujranwala; the full list of cities it delivers to is in its booking system, and it does not pass parcels to another courier for anywhere else. It is not BarqRaftar, and not the Saudi courier Barq Express.
One BarqXpress status catches people out. Return Received does not mean the parcel is back with you. It means the parcel is back in BarqXpress's warehouse after a failed delivery, waiting for you to say re-attempt or return. BarqXpress calls this Shipper Advice. ShipOps puts these parcels in your inbox so the decision is made while the customer still wants the order.

Connecting BarqXpress
Ask your BarqXpress contact for your account's API key and paste it into ShipOps. It is stored encrypted, and ShipOps checks it with BarqXpress straight away, showing the account name it belongs to.
ShipOps finds your parcels from the tracking numbers on your store's orders and from bookings made in ShipOps. BarqXpress has no way to list every parcel on an account, so a parcel booked in the BarqXpress portal for an order that never reached your store will not appear. Nothing is written to your store until you switch a write-back on.
Bookings from ShipOps pick the city from BarqXpress's own destination list and choose Standard, Overnight or Overland; ShipOps sends the cash-on-delivery or prepaid version of that service to match the amount, so a COD parcel can never go out as prepaid. The label ShipOps prints carries the tracking number as a barcode for the rider to scan.

These are the reasons BarqXpress gives on a failed visit, given one plain label each so your team sees "Customer not available", never the raw string. The family decides what the Action Inbox suggests: an address problem asks the customer for a landmark, a phone problem tries WhatsApp, a refusal asks whether to return.
Questions merchants ask about BarqXpress
Is BarqXpress the same as BarqRaftar?
No. BarqXpress (barqxpress.com) is a Karachi courier; BarqRaftar is a different Lahore company. They have different accounts, keys and systems.
Is BarqXpress the same as Barq Express in Saudi Arabia?
No. BarqXpress is a Pakistani courier based in Karachi. Barq Express is a separate courier in the Gulf.
Which cities does BarqXpress deliver to?
The cities on its destination list, which ShipOps shows when you book: its stations are Karachi, Hyderabad and Lahore, with Gujranwala added. BarqXpress does not pass parcels to another courier for other cities.
Does Return Received mean my BarqXpress parcel is back?

Why is BarqXpress marked In testing?
BarqXpress is newer on ShipOps and has run on few stores so far. The tag means a status could still be shown wrongly; tell us if you see one. It comes off once more stores have run real parcels through it.
Why don't my BarqXpress portal bookings show up?
ShipOps finds BarqXpress parcels through the tracking numbers on your store's orders. A parcel booked in the portal for an order your store never had has no order to come in through.
