ShipOpsBarqXpress “Pickup Done”: what it means

BarqXpress Pickup Done means the rider has collected the parcel from you. From here BarqXpress is responsible for it, and ShipOps shows it as in transit.
Not every parcel shows this step: a parcel you drop at the branch goes straight to Arrival.
