ShipOpsBarqXpress “Re-Attempt”: what it means
In transit
BarqXpress Re-Attempt means the parcel is going out for delivery again after a failed attempt. It follows your re-attempt advice, and BarqXpress sometimes re-attempts on its own.
It is not a delivery attempt by itself, so ShipOps does not count it as one. The next status is normally On Route, out for delivery.

In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
