Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) status

Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) “BOOKED”: what it means

Booked

Deshi Express BOOKED is the first status on a new booking. The parcel has a tracking number on your account, but nobody has collected it from you yet.

A parcel that goes out with TCS may start with TCS's own words instead: Consignment Booked - No Tracking. It means the same thing.

Nothing is moving yet and no COD is at risk. If the order should not go out, cancel the booking now, from ShipOps or the portal. Next comes Shipped.

What to do now

Your move Booked, waiting for pickup.
How long it usually lasts Until pickup — usually the same day or the next.

How ShipOps reads it

Booked Booked, not yet collected. A booking that has not been scanned by the courier 48 hours later goes on ShipOps' awaiting-pickup list. It is not a delivery problem yet; it is usually a pickup that was missed or a parcel that never left the store, and the fix is a call to the courier, not the customer.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) statuses →
