Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) In testing
Deshi Express, also known as Bridge Courier, is a Pakistani courier aggregator run by Deshi Technologies, with its merchant portal at oyeah.pk (Oyeah) and client.bridgecourier.com. One account books each parcel with a partner courier such as TCS, Trax, Leopards or PostEx. ShipOps connects with your Client ID and API token, tracks every parcel, explains the statuses in plain words, books and prints labels, and checks the COD statement you are sent. Deshi Express is still marked In testing.
Deshi Express is the courier service of Deshi Technologies (deshi.pk). Its merchant portal is at oyeah.pk and calls itself Oyeah, so you may know it by either name: the account, the portal and the API are the same. It does not carry parcels itself. Each booking goes out with a partner courier, and you pick the partner, or let your account's own setting pick it.
Because a partner carries the parcel, a Deshi Express parcel's updates may read like TCS or Leopards updates. In ShipOps the carrier is still Deshi Express, because that is where your bookings, your account manager and your payment statement are.
Shipping with Bridge Courier? Bridge Courier runs on the same accounts: the Client ID and API token from your Bridge Courier account connect here, and ShipOps reads your parcels whether your store shows them as Bridge Courier or Deshi Express. Your store's orders may say Bridge Courier with a client.bridgecourier.com tracking link; that is the same parcel.
Deshi Technologies also makes the portal software that Rocket Courier and Oshi Courier run. They are separate couriers with their own accounts, and ShipOps supports all three. Deshi Express is not Daraz Express (DEX), whose name sounds close.
Deshi Express is new in ShipOps, so it carries the In testing tag. Tracking, booking and statements all work, but we are still checking its statuses against real parcels. If you see something that looks wrong, tell us and we fix it.

Connecting Deshi Express (Bridge Courier)
Enter your Deshi Express Client ID and API token into ShipOps. ShipOps checks them with Deshi Express before saving, and stores them encrypted.
ShipOps finds your Deshi Express parcels from the tracking numbers on your store's orders, and from parcels you book in ShipOps. The portal has no way to list every parcel on an account, so a parcel booked in the Oyeah portal for an order that never reached your store will not appear. Nothing is changed in your store until you turn a write-back on.
When you book from ShipOps you pick the partner: Auto (your account's own default), TCS, Trax, Leopards or PostEx. ShipOps prints the label and can cancel a booking before pickup.
When a delivery stops, the trail shows HALT_DELIVERY and then ADVICE_REQUESTED: Deshi Express is waiting for you. Answer it in the Deshi Express (Oyeah or Bridge Courier) portal for now: its advice service is not answering apps, so ShipOps links you to the portal from the order. A REATTEMPT_REQUEST after that is your answer repeated back, not something new.
A parcel's trail mixes Deshi Express's own short codes (like LEFT_FOR_DESTINATION), its plain milestones (Shipped, Out For Delivery, Delivered) and, for a parcel handed to TCS, TCS's own sentences. ShipOps reads all three and counts each failed visit once.

Why a Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) delivery fails, as ShipOps names it
| Address problem | Non-service area · Address issue |
|---|---|
| Customer refused | Refused to accept |
| Customer not available | Consignee not available · Consignee out of city |
| Other | Order cancelled · Needs review |
| Phone problem | Phone not responding |
These are the reasons Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) gives on a failed visit, given one plain label each so your team sees "Customer not available", never the raw string. The family decides what the Action Inbox suggests: an address problem asks the customer for a landmark, a phone problem tries WhatsApp, a refusal asks whether to return.
Questions merchants ask about Deshi Express (Bridge Courier)
Is Deshi Express the same as Oyeah?
Yes. Oyeah is the name of the Deshi Express merchant portal at oyeah.pk. One account, one Client ID and API token, whichever name you know it by.
I ship with Bridge Courier. Which courier do I connect?
Deshi Express. Bridge Courier runs on Deshi Express's accounts: the Client ID and API token from your Bridge Courier account work here, and ShipOps picks up the orders your store shows as Bridge Courier.
My orders say Bridge Courier with a bridgecourier.com link. Will ShipOps track them?
Yes, once you connect Deshi Express with your Client ID and API token. ShipOps recognises the Bridge Courier name and its tracking links as the same parcels.
Is Deshi Express the same as DEX (Daraz Express)?
No. DEX is Daraz's courier, with its own account. Deshi Express is an aggregator run by Deshi Technologies. ShipOps supports both, separately.
Is Deshi Express the same as Oshi Courier or Rocket Courier?
No, they are separate couriers with separate accounts. All three run on portal software made by Deshi Technologies, so their statuses read the same, and ShipOps supports all three.
Is Deshi Express the same as Deshi Technologies?
Deshi Technologies (deshi.pk) is the company; Deshi Express is its courier service. The company also builds websites and other software, which are not part of this page.
Is Deshi Express a courier or an aggregator?
An aggregator. Each booking goes out with a partner courier, from one Deshi Express account.
Which courier actually carries my Deshi Express parcel?
The partner you booked it with. From ShipOps you can pick Auto (your account's default), TCS, Trax, Leopards or PostEx.
What do I need to connect Deshi Express?
Your Client ID and API token. ShipOps stores them encrypted.
Why is Deshi Express marked In testing?
It is new in ShipOps and we are still checking its statuses against real parcels. The tag tells you a status may occasionally show wrong. Tell us if you see one and we fix it.
When can I tell Deshi Express to retry or return?
While the parcel reads ADVICE_REQUESTED. Answer in the Deshi Express portal for now: its advice service is not answering apps, so ShipOps links you to the portal from the order.
Can I book Deshi Express parcels from ShipOps?
Yes, with labels and cancellation, on your own account.
Can I cancel a parcel I booked in the Oyeah portal?
Cancel it in the portal. Deshi Express cancels by its own order number, which ShipOps only has for parcels booked from ShipOps.
Where can my customer track a Deshi Express parcel?
On the tracking page at oyeah.pk, with the tracking number. ShipOps shows the same parcel's trail on the order.
