ShipOpsHow to connect InstaWorld to your store
You need one thing: your InstaWorld API key, the code that lets an app like ShipOps read your InstaWorld account. It is in your InstaWorld merchant panel at one.instaworld.pk, under Credentials. It is not your panel password. If you have no panel login, your InstaWorld account manager can give you the key.

Where to find it in InstaWorld's portal
- Sign in to your InstaWorld merchant panel at one.instaworld.pk.
- Open Credentials.
- Copy your API key, all of it, with no spaces before or after.
Don't have it yet?
InstaWorld has no public sign-up for API keys. The key comes with your InstaWorld merchant account and lives inside the merchant panel, so you need a panel login first.
If you cannot sign in to the panel, or you do not see a Credentials page, ask your InstaWorld account manager, or write to info@instaworld.pk. You can send: "Please share the API key for my InstaWorld merchant account so I can connect it to ShipOps."
Connecting it in ShipOps
- Install ShipOps from the Shopify App Store, or open it if you already have it. On your first visit ShipOps asks you to connect a courier; later, it lives under Settings → Couriers & store.
- Choose InstaWorld and fill in API key.
- Press Connect InstaWorld. ShipOps checks the details with InstaWorld before it saves them, so a typo shows up straight away, not a day later. When it works you see Saved — credentials confirmed.
- That's it. Your InstaWorld parcels load in the background, so there is nothing to wait for. They appear in your inbox as they arrive.
ShipOps stores your InstaWorld details encrypted and uses them only to read your own account and to do what you ask from the app: a booking, a label, a retry or return. Your rates and your contract with InstaWorld stay exactly as they are, and the COD cash still goes from InstaWorld straight to your bank.
If InstaWorld won't connect
ShipOps says InstaWorld rejected my API key
InstaWorld did not recognise the key. Copy it again from the Credentials page at one.instaworld.pk, all of it, with no space at either end, and connect again. If it still fails, ask your account manager to confirm the key is active.
I signed in at portal.instaworld.pk and cannot find Credentials
That is a different InstaWorld system. Your API key is in the merchant panel at one.instaworld.pk.
ShipOps accepted the key but says the account is not proven yet
That is normal for InstaWorld. InstaWorld cannot tell an app whose account a key belongs to, so the connection is proven when your first InstaWorld parcel is tracked. Book one from ShipOps, or wait for an order that InstaWorld has fulfilled, and check its status.
I connected but no parcels showed up
InstaWorld cannot hand ShipOps a list of your parcels. ShipOps finds them from the tracking numbers on your store's orders, which InstaWorld's own Shopify app adds when it fulfils an order, and from parcels you book in ShipOps. An order with no InstaWorld tracking number on it gives ShipOps nothing to follow.
