ShipOpsInstaWorld
ShipOps connects to your InstaWorld account with its API key. It follows every parcel from your store's fulfilments, reads InstaWorld's statuses and its "Marked by Insta" verdicts into plain words, books and labels parcels, and reads the COD statement you drop in, because InstaWorld exposes no payout data through its API.
InstaWorld publishes no API documentation. Its own Shopify app, Insta Logistics, writes the tracking numbers into your store's fulfilments, and ShipOps starts from there: read the tracking numbers, ask InstaWorld about each one, store the trail. The integration was built from what the production host answers and from a third party's integration with it, and has since run on thousands of real trails.
InstaWorld's trail has two layers. The ordinary scans say where the parcel is. Then there are verdict rows, "… marked by Insta", in which InstaWorld records its own reading of a failed visit. ShipOps reads those as attempts, with the reason, and keeps a "hold for collection" verdict from outranking a later, more specific one.
Two things InstaWorld does not offer, and this page says plainly: an advice API (there is none, so retry and return go to your account manager) and a payout API (there is none, so settlements come from the statement you upload).

Connecting InstaWorld
Paste your InstaWorld API key into ShipOps. The connection is checked against InstaWorld before it is saved and the key is stored encrypted.
Parcels are found from your store's fulfilments, which InstaWorld's own app writes, and from ShipOps bookings, then followed one call per parcel. If your fulfilments name the courier "InstaLogistics" or "Insta Logistics", both are recognised; the spaced spelling once hid a thousand parcels from a tool that matched exactly.
There is no shipper-advice call. A parked parcel still lands in your inbox with its reason, and the instruction goes to your InstaWorld account manager. ShipOps tells you that on the parcel rather than offering a button that cannot work.

These are the reasons InstaWorld gives on a failed visit, normalised to one label each so your team sees "Customer not available", never the raw string.
