Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) “Delivered”: what it means
Delivered Also printed as DELIVERED
Deshi Express Delivered means the customer received the parcel and paid the COD to the rider. It often appears twice, once as DELIVERED and once as Delivered; that is one delivery.
Delivered is not paid. A day or two later you may see COURIER_SETTLED, the rider handing the cash in. The money reaches you on the courier's payment.
If a failed visit or a return follows a Delivered line, ShipOps does not count the parcel as delivered.

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Deshi Express (Bridge Courier) statuses →
