Shipnoc “Delivered”: what it means
Delivered
Shipnoc Delivered means the parcel was handed to the customer and the COD collected. On Shipnoc's invoices, the Delivered rows are the ones that carry COD.
Shipnoc can show it more than once. A second Delivered often appears days later, around PAYMENT DONE, when the parcel is paid. ShipOps dates the delivery from the first one.
Rarely, a delivery is contradicted: Delivered, then REFUSED TO ACCEPT a few hours later. ShipOps does not count a delivery that a failed visit, a hold or a return follows. A late Out For Delivery does not count against it; that is Shipnoc catching up.
What to do now
| Your move | Delivered, unless a failed visit, a hold or a return follows it. Then ShipOps does not count it as delivered. |

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
