Deshi Express Order Created is a booking on the platform that has not been collected yet. Deshi Express parcels usually show BOOKED for the same moment.
Nothing is moving at this stage, and no COD is at risk. If the order should not go out, this is the time to cancel the booking: from ShipOps or from the portal.
