DigiDokaan “Cancelled”: what it means
Cancelled
DigiDokaan Cancelled means the booking was cancelled before a courier collected the parcel. The tracking number is finished; nothing will be delivered or charged on it. There are usually no scans under it, because no courier ever touched the parcel.
Cancelling on DigiDokaan is safe to repeat: cancelling the same parcel a second time does no harm, whichever courier it was booked with.
ShipOps shows it as cancelled and stops following the parcel. If the order still needs to go out, book it again; a cancelled number cannot be brought back.

How ShipOps reads it
Cancelled Cancelled before it moved. ShipOps closes the parcel and takes it off every working list. The store order itself is untouched, so if it still needs to go, it can be booked again.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
The same state on other couriers
