Courier integration

DigiDokaan

DigiDokaan is an aggregator: one login, and each booking goes out through a courier gateway you choose. ShipOps connects with your DigiDokaan phone number and password, tracks every parcel whichever courier carried it, reads the gateway's statuses carefully ("Return - Delivered to Shipper" is a return), and rebuilds DigiDokaan's per-parcel payment answers into payout receipts.

DigiDokaan sits between you and the couriers. You book on DigiDokaan, DigiDokaan books on Leopard by default or on the gateway you have been approved for (Trax, BlueX, M&P, TCS or PostEx), and the scans you see are whatever that courier said. ShipOps treats your DigiDokaan account as the courier, because that is where your parcels, your advice tickets and your money live.

The statuses are therefore a union of several couriers' vocabularies, Leopards' first. That is where the one phrase this page exists to warn about comes from. On 23 September 2026 a tool that matched the word "delivered" anywhere in a status read Return - Delivered to Shipper as a delivery, and 40 returned orders were marked delivered in a merchant's store. ShipOps reads the whole phrase, and every pattern that can claim a delivery is tested against hostile phrases before it ships.

This page is written from DigiDokaan's process manual, from the dev host with the vendor's test account, and from a live merchant account whose payment plane turned out to exist after all: DigiDokaan answers, per parcel, the settlement its COD was paid on.

What ShipOps does with DigiDokaan

Live tracking Yes. ShipOps finds your DigiDokaan parcels from the tracking numbers on your store's fulfilments and follows each one with DigiDokaan's API.

COD payouts Automatic · statement upload. ShipOps pulls each DigiDokaan receipt by its number and checks every parcel on it. Drop in the payout statement DigiDokaan sends you and ShipOps reads it. How DigiDokaan pays COD, in detail →

Connecting DigiDokaan

You sign in to ShipOps with the mobile number you use for DigiDokaan (03XXXXXXXXX) and your DigiDokaan password. ShipOps exchanges them for a 24-hour token and refreshes it; it never stores a courier key, because DigiDokaan does not issue one. Then enter the gateway number DigiDokaan approved for you, or leave it blank for Leopard, and pick the pickup address for that gateway.

Parcels are found from the tracking numbers on your store's fulfilments and from ShipOps's own bookings, then followed on DigiDokaan's tracking call. Nothing is written to your store until you switch a write-back on.

Advice is by ticket: DigiDokaan opens one when a parcel cannot be delivered, and only an open ticket takes "reattempt" or "return". There is no address field on the ticket, so a corrected address goes to the customer conversation and the retry goes to DigiDokaan.

What DigiDokaan's statuses mean

9 phrases, read the way the app reads them
What DigiDokaan prints What it means What to do
Booked · Pickup Request Sent · Unbooked Booked Booked on DigiDokaan, not yet collected by the gateway courier.
On Route · Delivery In Transit · Shipment Picked · Arrived · Dispatched · Out For Delivery In transit Moving inside the gateway courier's network.
1st / 2nd Attempt in Forward Leg · Second Attempt · Delivery Unsuccessful · Pending Attempt failed A failed visit; the reason follows. The courier will retry. Reach the customer before it does.
Awaiting Shipper Advice · Ready For Return · Shipper Advice · Hold At … Needs your decision The ticket is open. Say reattempt or return from the order in ShipOps.
Shipper Advice Given / Submitted · Re-Attempt Requested In transit An echo of your instruction, not a new event. Nothing to do.
Return In Transit · Being Returned · Return to Origin · RTO Initiated Coming back Coming back through the gateway courier.
Return - Delivered to Shipper · Delivered to Warehouse · Returned to Shipper · RTO Delivered Returned to you A return, not a delivery. The parcel is back with you. Check it in.
Delivered Delivered Delivered to the customer. DigiDokaan's payment plane will name the settlement once the COD is paid.
Cancelled · Void Cancelled Cancelled before pickup. A second cancel on DigiDokaan is a success too.
"Return - Delivered to Shipper" is the phrase that marked 40 returns delivered. Every delivered, returned and cancelled reading in ShipOps comes from an exact phrase, never from a word found anywhere in the text, and a test walks every courier's patterns with phrases like this one.
The headline and the trail can disagree. DigiDokaan's headline ("Awaiting Shipper Advice", "Return In Transit") is read against the trail's newest event and the further-along state wins, so a stale headline never hides a return.

Why a DigiDokaan delivery fails, as ShipOps names it

Address problem Non-service area · Address issue
Customer refused Refused to accept
Customer not available Consignee not available · Consignee out of city
Other Order cancelled · Needs review
Phone problem Phone not responding

These are the reasons DigiDokaan gives on a failed visit, normalised to one label each so your team sees "Customer not available", never the raw string. The family decides what the Action Inbox suggests: an address problem asks the customer for a landmark, a phone problem tries WhatsApp, a refusal asks whether to return.

Questions merchants ask about DigiDokaan

Which DigiDokaan credentials does ShipOps need?

The mobile number you sign in to DigiDokaan with and your password. ShipOps exchanges them for a 24-hour token and refreshes it; DigiDokaan issues no API key. Then your gateway number, or blank for Leopard.

Why was "Return - Delivered to Shipper" ever read as a delivery?

A tool matched the word "delivered" anywhere in the status. On 23 September 2026 that marked 40 returned orders delivered in a merchant's store. ShipOps reads exact phrases, never a keyword, and tests every courier's patterns against phrases like this one.

When can I tell DigiDokaan to retry or return?

While the parcel's advice ticket is open, typically at "Awaiting Shipper Advice" or "Ready For Return". ShipOps shows the buttons there and files reattempt or return. There is no address field on the ticket; send the corrected address to the customer conversation.

Can I book on DigiDokaan from ShipOps?

Yes, through your approved gateway, with the gateway's pickup address, a label ShipOps renders, and cancellation. A second cancel of the same parcel is harmless.

Is DigiDokaan a courier?

An aggregator. One account, a courier per booking. ShipOps treats the account as the carrier because that is where your parcels, tickets and payments are.
