ShipOps DigiDokaan statuses
Every DigiDokaan tracking status, explained
DigiDokaan prints 16 statuses a merchant actually sees on a parcel. Each one below has its own page: what is physically happening, what to do now, and where it usually goes next. They are grouped by what the parcel needs from you, which is not always what the words suggest.
Booked, not yet collected
Booked| Booked | Booked on DigiDokaan, not yet collected by the courier. |

Moving inside the courier's network
In transit| On Route | Moving with the courier between cities. Nothing to do. |

| Delivery In Transit | On the delivery side. Check the newest scan: it can already say more than this status. |
| Assigned to courier in {city} | With a rider in that city. If a failed visit came before it, this is the second try going out. |
A delivery failed, the courier still has it
Attempt failed| Pending | A failed visit; the reason is printed beside it. Reach the customer before the courier tries again. |

The courier is waiting for your decision
Needs your decision| Ready for Return - {reason} | Stopped after a failed visit, waiting for your answer. Say try again or return from the order in ShipOps. |

Handed to the customer
Delivered| Delivered | Delivered to the customer. The cash is now with DigiDokaan until a settlement pays it to you. |

On its way back to you
Coming back| Return - Confirm | The return is decided. Stop chasing the delivery and plan for the parcel coming back. |

| Return to Origin | Travelling back, not back yet. The scans after it are the return trip, even when they sound like a delivery. |
| Return In Transit | Coming back through the courier. Expect it at your pickup address. |
| Return - Delivery Unsuccessful | The courier tried to hand the return back to you and could not. Make sure someone at your pickup address can receive it. |
Back with you
Returned to you| Return To Sender | Handed back to you. Check it in. |

Cancelled before it moved
Cancelled| Cancelled | Cancelled before pickup. Cancelling twice does no harm. |
