Oshi Courier “Order Created”: what it means
Booked
Oshi Courier Order Created is the first status on a new booking. The parcel has a tracking number on your Oshi account, but nobody has collected it from you yet.
Nothing is moving at this stage, and no COD is at risk. If the order should not go out, this is the time to cancel the booking: from ShipOps or from the Oshi portal.
The next update is normally a pickup by the partner courier. From then on the updates may read like that courier's own words, because the partner is the one scanning the parcel.
What to do now
| Your move | Booked, waiting for the partner courier to pick it up. |
|---|---|
| The customer | The customer may already have a tracking number from your store. Oshi's public tracker shows the same status, so they will see that the parcel is booked and not yet on its way. |
| How long it usually lasts | Until pickup — usually the same day or the day after booking. |
How ShipOps reads it
Booked Booked, not yet collected. A booking that has not been scanned by the courier 48 hours later goes on ShipOps' awaiting-pickup list. It is not a delivery problem yet; it is usually a pickup that was missed or a parcel that never left the store, and the fix is a call to the courier, not the customer.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Oshi Courier statuses →
