ShipOpsOshi Courier In testing
Oshi Courier is a Karachi courier aggregator: one account, and each booking goes out with a partner courier such as TCS, Trax, Leopards or PostEx. ShipOps connects with your Oshi Client ID and API token, tracks every parcel, explains the statuses in plain words, books and prints labels, and checks the COD statement Oshi sends you. Oshi is still marked In testing.
Oshi Courier is based on I.I. Chundrigar Road in Karachi and books your parcels through partner couriers. Its own terms say it plainly: Oshi "acts as an aggregator and is not directly responsible for the physical handling of parcels." The partners it names include TCS, Leopards, M&P, DEX, Trax, PostEx, Call Courier and BlueEx. It also offers same-day delivery in Karachi through express partners, bulk booking from Excel, and international shipping.
Because a partner carries the parcel, an Oshi parcel's updates may read like TCS or Leopards updates. In ShipOps the carrier is still Oshi Courier, because that is where your bookings, your account manager and your payment statement are.
Oshi Courier is not Oshi.pk, the online marketplace, and not Oshi Dropshipping: those are separate businesses. It is not OCS (Overseas Courier Service) either. Oshi runs on the same portal as Rocket Courier and Deshi Express, which ShipOps also supports.
Oshi Courier is new in ShipOps, so it carries the In testing tag. Tracking, booking and statements all work, but we are still checking Oshi's statuses against real parcels. If you see something that looks wrong, tell us and we fix it.

Connecting Oshi Courier
Enter your Oshi Client ID and API token into ShipOps. ShipOps checks them with Oshi before saving, and stores them encrypted.
ShipOps finds your Oshi parcels from the tracking numbers on your store's orders, and from parcels you book in ShipOps. Oshi has no way to list every parcel on an account, so a parcel booked in the Oshi portal for an order that never reached your store will not appear. Nothing is changed in your store until you turn a write-back on.
When you book from ShipOps you pick the partner: Auto (your Oshi account's own default), TCS, Trax, Leopards or PostEx. ShipOps prints the Oshi label and can cancel a booking before pickup.
When a parcel reads Hold, On Hold, Shipper Advice or Pending Advice, Oshi is waiting for you. ShipOps shows retry and return on the parcel and sends your answer. A Re-Attempt update after that is just Oshi confirming your retry.

These are the reasons Oshi Courier gives on a failed visit, given one plain label each so your team sees "Customer not available", never the raw string. The family decides what the Action Inbox suggests: an address problem asks the customer for a landmark, a phone problem tries WhatsApp, a refusal asks whether to return.
Questions merchants ask about Oshi Courier
Is Oshi Courier the same as Oshi.pk?
No. Oshi.pk is an online marketplace, and Oshi Dropshipping is a dropshipping service. They are separate businesses from Oshi Courier (oshicourier.pk), which books your parcels.
Is Oshi Courier the same as OCS?
No. OCS is Overseas Courier Service, a different company. Oshi Courier is a Karachi courier aggregator.
I searched for "oshi" and found something else. Is this the right one?
"Oshi" is also a Japanese fan term and the name of several unrelated apps. This page is about Oshi Courier, the Pakistani courier aggregator at oshicourier.pk.

No, they are separate couriers with separate accounts. They run on the same portal software, so their statuses read the same, and ShipOps supports both.
What do I need to connect Oshi Courier?
