Shipnoc “REBOOKED”: what it means
In transit
Shipnoc REBOOKED means a parcel that was on its way back has been booked out to the customer again. It comes after READY FOR RTN and is followed by a new delivery run: INTRANSIT, Out For Delivery.
It is rare. It usually follows a hold and a week or so of waiting. A rebooked parcel can still fail, so treat it as a second chance, not a done deal.
ShipOps shows REBOOKED as back in transit and keeps the parcel in view, so a return that turns round does not disappear from your inbox.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
