ShipOpsBarqXpress “RTS Parcel”: what it means
Returned to you
BarqXpress RTS Parcel means return to shipper: the parcel has been handed back to you. It is one of a BarqXpress parcel's two end points; the other is Delivered.
It comes after Return Confirm, once the return has made its way back. ShipOps marks the parcel returned and records why the delivery failed, so your return reasons add up correctly.

Returned to you Back with you. The parcel is closed as returned. ShipOps checks the courier's payouts for the return charge, so a return billed twice or a return marked delivered on a receipt is caught.
