ShipOpsBarqXpress “Return Confirm”: what it means
Coming back
BarqXpress Return Confirm means the return has been confirmed and the parcel is heading back to you. It is not back yet: that is RTS Parcel.
A confirmed return is not always the end. If the customer calls and takes the parcel after all, it can still end Delivered. ShipOps follows the latest status, never the first sign of a return.

Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.
