DigiDokaan “Return - Delivered to Shipper”: what it means
Returned to you
Return - Delivered to Shipper means a returned parcel has been handed back to you. It is the last scan of a return. The "delivered" in it is the return being delivered to you, the shipper; the customer never received the parcel.
This is the phrase that catches people out. A tool that looks only for the word "delivered" marks these orders delivered in your store, and then you expect COD that will never come. Do not mark the order delivered, and do not wait for its cash.
ShipOps reads the whole phrase and DigiDokaan's top-line Returned, and shows the parcel as returned. Before it, the scans usually read Return - Confirm, Return - In Transit, Return - Arrived at Origin, Return - Dispatched.

How ShipOps reads it
Returned to you Back with you. The parcel is closed as returned. ShipOps checks the courier's payouts for the return charge, so a return billed twice or a return marked delivered on a receipt is caught.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
