PostEx “Delivered to Customer”: what it means
0005 Delivered Also printed as Delivered
PostEx 0005 Delivered to Customer means the rider handed over the parcel and, on a COD order, took the cash. The delivery is finished. PostEx now owes you the COD, less its charges and the 4% withholding tax, on a coming Cash Payment Receipt.
The portal shows it as Delivered. This is final. ShipOps marks the order delivered in your store.
Delivered is where the money question starts. The most common money problem with PostEx is a delivered parcel that never shows up on any CPR. ShipOps checks every CPR for the tracking number and warns you when a delivered parcel has not been paid. More on how PostEx pays.
What to do now
| Your move | Done. The COD should appear on one of PostEx's next CPRs; ShipOps watches for it and tells you if it does not. |

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All PostEx statuses →
