Leopards “Delivered”: what it means
Delivered
On Leopards, Delivered, on its own, means the parcel was handed to the customer and the COD collected. Leopards now owes you the COD, less its charges. Only the bare word means this: Delivered to Warehouse and Delivered to Vendor are returns.
On an older delivered parcel, Leopards' tracking may show only the word Delivered, without the steps before it. That is normal.
The money comes later, on a Leopards invoice. Until then, Leopards' payment detail for the parcel reads "Invoice not generated yet." That is Leopards telling you it still holds your money for this parcel. More on the Leopards COD payments page. ShipOps marks the order delivered in your store only on the bare Delivered, never on the warehouse or vendor phrases.
What to do now
| Your move | Delivered to the customer. The COD comes on a Leopards invoice; until then ShipOps shows it under "courier owes you". |

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Leopards statuses →
The same state on other couriers
