TCS “Delivered”: what it means
OK Delivered Also printed as Shipment Delivered
TCS OK Delivered means the rider handed the parcel to the customer and collected the COD. You may also see it as Shipment Delivered. The delivery is done.
The money is not done yet. The COD appears on TCS's invoice for the week of delivery; the freight was charged in the booking week. Delivered and paid are separate at TCS, and a parcel that shows delivered but never appears on a payment is exactly what ShipOps's TCS payment check looks for.
Two things look like it and are not. Partial Piece Delivered looks green but is not a full delivery, and Not Delivered is a failure, not a delivery. ShipOps uses the date TCS scanned the delivery, so your delivered dates match TCS's.

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All TCS statuses →
The same state on other couriers
