PostEx “En Route to Merchant Warehouse”: what it means
0032 Coming back Also printed as Return In-Transit
PostEx 0032 En Route to Merchant Warehouse means the returned parcel is on its final trip back to you. The next status should be 0006 Returned at Merchant Warehouse, when it is handed over at your address.
Merchant warehouse means the return address on your PostEx account. That is why the pickup address you choose for bookings matters: it prints on the airway bill and decides where returns come back to. The PostEx order list calls this stage Return In-Transit.
Check the contents before you accept the parcel back. Once you have signed, a missing item is hard to argue. ShipOps shows 0032 as Coming back and keeps following the parcel until it is back with you.
