Shipnoc “PAYMENT DONE”: what it means
Delivered
Shipnoc PAYMENT DONE is Shipnoc's own note that the parcel has been paid on its invoice. It comes after a Delivered, usually days later.
In practice it only appears on delivered parcels, never on returns. Still, a status about money should never be what tells your store a parcel arrived.
ShipOps shows the parcel as delivered because of the Delivered before it, not because of PAYMENT DONE. Nor does ShipOps count you as paid from this note: you are paid when the weekly invoice is marked PAID, as the payments page explains.

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
