Shipnoc “REACHED AT DESTINATION”: what it means
In transit
Shipnoc REACHED AT DESTINATION means the parcel has arrived in the customer's city and is waiting to go out with a rider. It has finished travelling between cities.
Like INTRANSIT, it can repeat across a day or two. Not every parcel shows it; many go from INTRANSIT straight to Out For Delivery.
This is a good moment to let the customer know the parcel is close, because the delivery visit is next.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
