Trax “Arrival Service Center”: what it means

In transit Also printed as Shipment - Arrival Service Center

Trax "Arrival Service Center" means the parcel has arrived at one of Trax's service centers on its route. It usually shows as Shipment - Arrival Service Center, somewhere between the booking and Out for Delivery.

A service center is a Trax branch. This status says the parcel is at a Trax facility, but not which city. Look at the status before it to know where the parcel is.

ShipOps shows it as in transit. Nothing needs you yet.

How ShipOps reads it

In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
