ShipOps Trax statuses
Every Trax tracking status, explained
Trax prints 20 statuses a merchant actually sees on a parcel. Each one below has its own page: what is physically happening, what to do now, and where it usually goes next. They are grouped by what the parcel needs from you, which is not always what the words suggest.
Booked, not yet collected
Booked| Booked | Booked, waiting for the rider. |

Moving inside the courier's network
In transit| Rider Picked | Collected from you. Nothing to do. |

| Arrived at Origin | At Trax's facility in your city. Nothing to do. |
| Arrival Service Center | At a Trax service center on the route. Nothing to do. |
| In Transit | Moving between Trax facilities. Nothing to do. |
| Misrouted | Sent to the wrong station; Trax forwards it. Expect a delay, nothing to do yet. |
| Out for Delivery | With the rider today. Make sure the customer is reachable and has the cash ready. |
A delivery failed, the courier still has it
Attempt failed| Delivery Unsuccessful | A failed visit; the reason follows the dash. Trax will try again. Reach the customer first. |

| Reason Validation Required | Trax checking the reason for the last failed visit. Same visit, not a new attempt. |
| Re-Attempt | A retry was asked for and Trax will go again. Nothing to do; do not send a second answer. |
The courier is waiting for your decision
Needs your decision| Shipper Advise Requested | Trax is waiting for your answer. Choose retry or return on the order in ShipOps before the parcel starts back. |

Handed to the customer
Delivered| Replacement - Collected | A replacement order: the new item delivered and the old one collected. Counts as delivered. |

| Delivered | Done. The COD comes on the next weekly Trax payment after delivery. |
On its way back to you
Coming back| Return - Confirm | The return is confirmed. Plan for it, or ask for a retry if the customer has come back to you. |

| Return - Arrived at Origin | Back in your city at Trax's facility. Expect it soon. |
| Return - Dispatched | On its way to your address. Have someone ready to receive and count it. |
Back with you
Returned to you| Return - Delivered to Shipper | Back with you. Check it in so the order can be cancelled and restocked if that setting is on. |

| Replacement - Delivered to Shipper | If "Replacement - Collected" came first, this is the old item back with you and the order was delivered. If not, the replacement was refused and came back. |
