DigiDokaan “On Route”: what it means
In transit
DigiDokaan On Route means the courier has the parcel and it is moving between cities or offices. It reads the same whether Leopard, Trax or another courier is carrying it. Nobody has tried to deliver it yet.
The scans under it show where it is, in the courier's words. On Leopard: Shipment picked in the origin city, then Dispatched to the destination, then Arrived at Station in that city. On the others: Shipment - Arrived at Origin, Shipment - In Transit, Shipment - Arrived at Destination.
Next comes Delivery In Transit as the parcel reaches the customer's side. ShipOps always shows the newest scan, so if something has happened since, you see it.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
The same state on other couriers
