Trax “Cancelled”: what it means
Cancelled Also printed as Shipment - Cancelled
Trax "Cancelled" means the shipment was cancelled before a rider collected it. Nothing moved. Trax shows it as Shipment - Cancelled.
Trax only cancels a shipment that has not been picked up. A second cancel, or a cancel after pickup, is refused with "Shipment's Status has already been changed". After pickup, a change of mind is a return.
ShipOps shows it as cancelled and stops tracking it.

How ShipOps reads it
Cancelled Cancelled before it moved. ShipOps closes the parcel and takes it off every working list. The store order itself is untouched, so if it still needs to go, it can be booked again.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
The same state on other couriers
