DigiDokaan “Return - Confirm”: what it means
Coming back
Return - Confirm means the return has been decided and the parcel is starting back to you. It is the first scan of the return, and the failure reason usually comes with it, as in Return - Confirm with Consignee Refused.
It usually follows a failed visit and a request for your answer (Shipment - Delivery Unsuccessful, then Shipment - Shipper Advise Requested), either because you chose return or because the ticket ran out. After it come the travel scans: Return - In Transit, Return - Arrived at Origin, Return - Dispatched.
From here you can no longer ask for another try. ShipOps shows the parcel as returning, keeps the original reason so the return counts under its cause, and removes the try-again button. The return is complete only at Return - Delivered to Shipper.

How ShipOps reads it
Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.
