Shipnoc “READY FOR RTN”: what it means
Coming back Also printed as Ready for Return
Shipnoc READY FOR RTN means the courier has given up on delivering the parcel and is getting it ready to send back to you. "RTN" is return. When a partner courier carries the parcel, its scan reads Ready for Return.
It is not final. Most of these parcels come back, but now and then one is rebooked and delivered. Shipnoc may also show it more than once while the parcel waits.
If a REBOOKED and a new delivery run follow, ShipOps follows the parcel back out. The return ends at Parcel Returned.
What to do now
| Your move | Waiting to come back. Not final: if the customer still wants it, ask Shipnoc to rebook it now. |
|---|---|
| The customer | A customer who calls now asking for the parcel can still get it, if you ask Shipnoc to rebook before it leaves. |
