DigiDokaan “Return - Delivery Unsuccessful”: what it means
Coming back
Return - Delivery Unsuccessful means the courier tried to hand a returned parcel back to you, the shipper, and could not. It is about your address, not the customer's. The parcel is still on its way back.
It is easy to mistake for the customer's failed delivery. The Return - at the start is what matters: everything after it is about the trip back. It usually comes after Return - Dispatched.
ShipOps keeps the parcel as returning and does not count this as another failed visit to the customer. Make sure someone at your pickup address can take it; the return is complete at Return - Delivered to Shipper.

How ShipOps reads it
Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.
