DigiDokaan “Return To Sender”: what it means

Returned to you

Return To Sender is Leopard's scan for a returned parcel handed back to you. Despite how it sounds, the parcel is not being sent back; it has arrived. This is the end of the return, and DigiDokaan's top line says Returned.

It is the mirror of Return to Origin, which sounds final and is not. Return to Origin is travelling; Return To Sender is done. The text beside it is who received it at your end, not a reason.

ShipOps shows the parcel as returned and keeps the original failure reason. Check the parcel into stock; if it never actually reached you, raise it with DigiDokaan.

How ShipOps reads it

Returned to you Back with you. The parcel is closed as returned. ShipOps checks the courier's payouts for the return charge, so a return billed twice or a return marked delivered on a receipt is caught.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
