InstaWorld “Arrival at INSTA-Hub”: what it means
In transit
InstaWorld "Arrival at INSTA-Hub" means the parcel has reached one of InstaWorld's own hubs and is being sorted for the next leg. It is moving toward your customer, not coming back.
Do not confuse it with Return received at Insta Hub. Same kind of building, opposite direction: the return status means the parcel is on its way back to you. The word "Return" at the front is the difference between a sale and a loss.
ShipOps shows it as in transit. Nothing needs you yet.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
The same state on other couriers
