Trax “Rider Picked”: what it means
In transit Also printed as Shipment - Rider Picked
Trax "Rider Picked" means a Trax rider has collected the parcel from your pickup address. It is now in Trax's hands and can no longer be cancelled.
It follows Booked and comes before Arrived at Origin, when the parcel reaches Trax's facility in your city. The freight for this parcel will appear on the next Trax payment after Trax receives it, as an "Arrival" line with a minus amount.
ShipOps shows it as in transit. If the customer cancels now, the parcel has to come back as a return, with a return charge.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
