InstaWorld “At Origin warehouse”: what it means
In transit
InstaWorld "At Origin warehouse" means the parcel is in the warehouse of the city it was picked up from, waiting to be sent toward your customer's city. It is still near you.
If the customer calls to change the address or cancel, this is the last stage where the parcel is still in your city. It has been picked up, so cancelling now means a return.
To stop or redirect it, call your InstaWorld account manager; it cannot be done from ShipOps. ShipOps shows it as in transit.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
