InstaWorld “Delivered”: what it means

Delivered

InstaWorld "Delivered" means the rider handed the parcel to your customer and collected the COD. The delivery is done. What is left is getting paid for it.

InstaWorld sometimes adds another update after Delivered, such as a stray Not Available or Reattempt marked by Insta. ShipOps keeps the parcel as delivered; a late update does not undo a delivery.

InstaWorld's tracking may show the parcel as Paid or Approved, but with no amount and no date. ShipOps does not count that as money received. Your COD arrives on an InstaWorld statement; see how InstaWorld pays COD.

What to do now

Your move Delivered. The COD will appear on an InstaWorld statement; upload it to ShipOps to check you were paid.

How ShipOps reads it

Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
