Trax “Replacement - Collected”: what it means
Delivered
Trax "Replacement - Collected" means a replacement went through at the door: the rider handed your customer the new item and collected the old one. For the order, this is the delivery.
You only see it on Trax's Replacement service. After it, the old item travels back to you with its own updates, Replacement - Dispatched, In Transit, Arrived at Origin, ending in Replacement - Delivered to Shipper. That is the old item coming home, not a return of the order.
ShipOps shows the order as delivered, dated the day of the swap. Trax pays a swapped parcel as delivered too.

How ShipOps reads it
Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
The same state on other couriers
