DigiDokaan “Delivered”: what it means

Delivered Also printed as Shipment - Delivered · PARCEL DELIVERED AT

DigiDokaan Delivered means the courier handed the parcel to the customer and collected the COD. The text beside the scan is who received it, not a reason: SELF, BROTHER, GUARD/SERVANT.

Only a status that starts with "Delivered" is a delivery. Return - Delivered to Shipper also contains the word and is a return. Other couriers through DigiDokaan spell it Shipment - Delivered or PARCEL DELIVERED AT.

Delivered is not paid. The cash sits with DigiDokaan until a settlement pays it out. ShipOps marks the order delivered, dates it from the scan, and shows the settlement once DigiDokaan names it; the payments page explains how.

What to do now

Your move Delivered to the customer. The cash is now with DigiDokaan until a settlement pays it to you.
The customer If the customer says they never got it, the name beside the delivery scan is the first thing to check.

How ShipOps reads it

Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
