ShipOpsInstaWorld “Hold For Collection”: what it means

InstaWorld "Hold For Collection" means the parcel is being held at a branch for your customer to come and collect, instead of being delivered to the door. It will not move until the customer comes or you decide.
On parcels InstaWorld sends through TCS, this is TCS's "Awaiting Consignee Collection". It often shows at the same minute as At warehouse. They are one update, and the hold is the one that matters.
ShipOps puts the parcel in your inbox, because someone has to decide. If the customer had already refused or stopped answering before the hold, and the parcel then comes back, ShipOps keeps that earlier reason on the return.
