InstaWorld “Non Service Area”: what it means

Needs your decision

InstaWorld "Non Service Area" means the delivery address is outside the area InstaWorld, or the courier it uses, delivers to. Nobody has knocked on the customer's door, and nobody will unless you change something.

It does not happen often, but when it does the parcel is stuck until you act. Your choices are a new address InstaWorld can reach, collection from a branch, or a return.

ShipOps puts the parcel in your inbox with the reason "Non-service area" and does not count it as a delivery attempt.

What to do now

Your move InstaWorld does not deliver to this address. Decide: a new address, branch collection, or return.
The customer The customer may be able to give a nearby address that is covered, such as an office or a relative's house.
Retry or return InstaWorld does not take a retry or return instruction from outside its own portal, so the answer goes in by hand; ShipOps still shows the parcel with its reason and links you there.

How ShipOps reads it

Needs your decision The courier is waiting for your decision. This is the window where an instruction still changes the outcome. ShipOps raises the parcel to the top of the Action Inbox, and where the courier lets ShipOps send a retry or return, the buttons on the row file it with the courier directly.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
