InstaWorld “Not Responded marked By Insta”: what it means

Attempt failed

InstaWorld "Not Responded marked By Insta" means InstaWorld's call centre phoned your customer after a failed delivery and nobody answered. It is a note on the failed visit, not a new visit.

The customer has not refused. They have not picked up an unknown number, and that is often fixable. A message from your store's own WhatsApp gets read when a courier's number does not.

ShipOps adds the reason "Phone not responding" to the parcel and does not count an extra attempt. If the parcel is waiting for your instruction it stays in your inbox; if it is already coming back, it stays as returning.

What to do now

Your move InstaWorld's call centre could not reach the customer. Try them yourself on WhatsApp before the return starts.
The customer Customers who ignore an unknown number often answer the store. Message them from your own WhatsApp.
Retry or return InstaWorld does not take a retry or return instruction from outside its own portal, so the answer goes in by hand; ShipOps still shows the parcel with its reason and links you there.

How ShipOps reads it

Attempt failed A delivery failed, the courier still has it. The parcel goes into the Action Inbox with the courier's reason in plain words. The useful move is to reach the customer before the next attempt; ShipOps puts the call and WhatsApp buttons on the row and counts the attempts made so far.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
